Inhaling Second Hand Smoke

I have on many occasions accidentally inhaled second hand smoke, such as walking pass someone smoking or someone smoking walking in front of me, but of course I would quickly move away, but can't avoid inhaling some. Is my baby at risk? Im very worried and concerned. What should I do? Advise and opinions please?

I think the best we can do is to walk further away if we alr notice them from afar, or perhaps hold our breath in for that moment. The air we breath in is also quite polluted from the vehicles on the road etc. Im sure baby will be fine, as long as we dont worry too much.

Feeling Light Headed And Not Productive

I'm at week 7 and I'm feeling Light Headed and tired alot, and it's causing me to be not very productive at work. Any advise please?

Trimester one is usually so, I will advise to rest ample and slowly catch up on your energy level.
