How to cough out an itchy throat if u have CS operation

I just deliver a baby boy today via c section. Yesterday i was already feeling an itchy throat that i just normally cough out to release the phlegm. My problem is now after having the operAtion as its difficult to cough. Anyone experiencing the same and how did u deal with it?

Stomach Binder

For those Mums who had CS operation, did u wear stomach binder right after operation? Any recommendation that we can order from amazon?

White spot on skin - Pityriasis Alba

We stayed n the Philippines for almost a year and came back to AbuDhabi. After few weeks I noticed some white spots on my 3 year old son’s face arms and legs. I went to see a dermatologist however he advised it’s a Pityriasis Alba and given me an ointment for atopic dermatitis. The ointment is a bit expensive and not covered by his insurance. Does anyone experience the same and what sort of home remedy did you do ? Thanks

Good day to all. Which app is more reliable as I am using 3 apps as of the moment .

AsianParent saying I am 6weeks Flow is saying I am 7 weeks Baby center is saying I am 8 weeks First day of my last period was 4july and I haven’t seen a doctor as still waiting for my insurance.
