Normal ke anak2 nii bergerak terlebih aktif ke tak ?. Diaorg berdua so saya taktau laa diaorg bergerak sbb main ke, sbb mmg jenis aktif ke atau diaorg sakit ?#ingintahu #firstbaby #pleasehelp

Aihhh twins at 26 weeks, mesti confusing kan! Honestly, active movement at this stage is normal, they're big enough to move around properly now, tapi with twins memang harder to tell if one's kicking or both doing their own thing lah. My friend who had twins said the same thing, she was always wondering if they're just bumping into each other or actually active-active. Best thing is mention it to your doctor at your next check-up, tapi jangan stress, usually if something's wrong you'd notice a big drop in movement, bukan increase. Keep an eye on the pattern (like which times of day they're most active) and mention to your gynae, they'll know best since they can monitor both babies properly on ultrasound.

Eh sayang, swelling yang asymmetrical macam ni memang boleh jadi normal dalam pregnancy sebab hormones dan circulation changes, tapi since you're also feeling numbness tu, better check with your doctor or midwife je to be safe, a few of us in my mum group experienced different types of swelling but the numbness part is something they should look at properly. First baby memang ada banyak worried moments, yang penting adalah you're monitoring it and reaching out!
