Missed miscarriage 😩

I just loss my pregnancy, at 8 weeks still no cardiac activity and size is too small, idk how to cope up with this loss 😭🙏🏼

Please make sure you've seen your gynae and have a clear plan for what happens next, whether it's waiting, medication, or a procedure, because you need proper medical care and support during this time. Take things one day at a time, lean on people you trust, and if the grief feels too heavy, talk to someone, whether it's a counsellor or even just a close friend or family member. Your feelings matter and you deserve care.
