Septate uterus is definitely manageable for pregnancy, pero talaga namang kailangan mo ng proper medical guidance kasi iba-iba ang case ng bawat tao, so please make sure to consult with a reproductive endocrinologist or OB-GYN who specializes sa uterine abnormalities para malaman mo exactly kung kailangan mo ng intervention or surgery before conceiving. Marami naman talaga ang successful pregnancies with septate uterus, pero ang key talaga is getting the right doctor who will monitor you closely throughout, sending you all the baby dust, lalo na dahil first time mom ka pa lang!

Mama, I don't have personal experience with septate uterus kasi hindi ako affected, pero alam ko na maraming moms dito sa group na successfully carried and delivered kahit may uterine conditions, definitely ask your OB directly about your specific case kaya lang, because septate uterus needs proper monitoring and the management really depends on your individual situation. A few of us have friends na nag-undergo procedures before or during pregnancy, so it's possible, pero you really need your doctor's guidance on whether you need any intervention or just close follow-ups throughout.
