13 weeks na po aq, na detect po khapon na nauna ang inunan.. Meron dn po aq history ng spotting during my 8weeks pregnancy.. Bukod sa bed rest ano pa po maganda gawin para nd makaranas ng premature labor, Sumasakit po left side ng puson ko kagabi #1sttimemom

wag mag isip momsh. nakakaapekto ang stress sa baby. always consult your OB. inom pampakapit pag niresetahan ka.

Congrats on your first pregnancy, mommy! The first trimester is super delicate kaya best talaga to take it easy, rest when you can, eat frequent small meals to manage nausea, stay hydrated, and start taking your prenatal vitamins if hindi pa. Avoid heavy lifting, smoking, alcohol, and raw foods, plus wag masyado mag-stress about perfect eating because honestly marami pang time for that. A few of us first-time moms wish we'd asked our OB earlier about specific do's and don'ts para sa aming lifestyle, so I'd really suggest having a detailed chat with your doctor about what applies best sa iyo personally, every pregnancy is different, and they'll give you the most reliable guidance for your specific situation. Spotting on my 1st trimester

I was experiencing a brown discharge right now, I'm 9w4d pregnant today. does it mean I have miscarriage? #1stimemom #advicepls

inform immediately your OB and have yourself check. it's not normal to have a blood discharge during pregnancy. 🙂
