Amazing confinement meal !

I tried out Tian Wei Signature for my confinement and I have to say, their food was amazing! The meals were very nutritious and well-balanced, and I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of dishes that they had. Prenatal and Postnatal Massage from PNSG

To be honest, I was worried before trying the prenatal massage. Will it hurt my baby? Will it affect my delivery? NOT AT ALL!! It helped to relieve my leg cramps and soreness all over my body. Had a smooth delivery and gonna continue with the postnatal massage soon.
