Jangan worry sangat, selsema biasa je dalam pregnancy, memang common dan biasanya takde bahaya pada baby, tapi yang penting tu jaga diri sendiri supaya recover cepat dan tak jadi serious infection. A few of us went through this in early pregnancy juga, and mostly fine je, tapi sebab you're only at 6 weeks, better check with your gynae cepat-cepat to make sure and get proper advice on what's safe to take for your symptoms. Minum banyak air, rest well, and avoid decongestants without checking with your doctor dulu, paracetamol usually okay tapi confirm dengan OB you first. Jangan stress, this is manageable!

Heartbeat visibility at 11 weeks should be clear, so you really need proper medical assessment, bukan online advice boleh sort this out. A few of my mum friends went through uncertain scans too, and the doctor did follow-up ultrasounds or blood tests to confirm what's happening.
