Skincare routine

Hi mummies, like to check if you ladies still proceed with your usual skincare routine in your 1st, 2nd or 3rd trimester? I've done a check online and most of the products I own are safe for pregnancy mum. Have been washing my face with water for the past few days only and I think I can feel my skin getting dry.
