How do i know if my pregnancy is going well at 13 weeks? What should i look out for? #firstbaby

#firstbaby ; How many weeks are there in 1st trimester? I received alot of answers regarding this and i'm only meeting my gynae next month. Some claimed it's 12 weeks, some claim it's 13/14 weeks.
