Hi mama! Oo, maraming OBs dito sa Pinas ang nag-order ng TSH test sa first trimester, lalo na kung may family history ng thyroid issues o kung may symptoms ka like fatigue or weight changes, a few of my mum friends had it done din as part ng routine prenatal screening. It's really important kasi thyroid problems during pregnancy can affect baby's development, so mas safe na ma-check early pa lang, pero best to ask your OB kung bakit siya nag-suggest or kung kailangan mo talaga based sa your health history. Congrats on your first baby!

Best to check the label on your Folicard B Plus box or ask your OB kasi different brands may slightly different instructions, pero usually pwede syang inom anytime of day, some of my mum friends take it with breakfast, iba with dinner lang para hindi ma-forget. Either way, consistent intake lang ang important kaya pick whatever time works best sa daily routine mo, then stick with it throughout your pregnancy. Congrats on baby!
