Aiyoh sakit tekak when pregnant memang annoying! A few of us tried gargling with salt water (warm, not hot!) and it really helps, plus drinking lots of warm liquids like honey lemon tea, memang soothing and safe for baby. But since you're already 24 weeks, best to check with your OB or doctor just to make sure, especially if it's getting worse or you have fever, because sometimes pregnancy lowers our immune system a bit and they might want to monitor it.

Aiyoh, shoulder pain at night is really no joke lah, especially when it disturbs your sleep! I'd suggest checking with your doctor first to make sure it's nothing serious, but in the meantime you can try gentle stretches, a warm compress before bed, or adjusting your pillow so it gives better support, sometimes our sleeping position itself is the culprit. Hope you feel better soon, dear!
