Hi semua.. Boleh suggest tak susu ibu uang kurang/ tidak manis… takut sangkut gula… 😉

Saya ada pcos, lactose intolerance… baru2 ni alhamdulillah preggy secara Ivf.. nak tnya mummy semua suggested susu saya tgh minum mama efferty delima… since x boleh minum susu lembu biasa, selain efferty ada x brand susu lain yg bukan susu lembu dan tidak manis korang ambil?

Tahniah sis sebab dah preggy through IVF, that's such a blessing! Untuk yang lactose intolerance macam sis, memang kena cari alternatif selain susu lembu biasa, Mama Soya by Dutch Lady tu plant-based dan ramai mums dengan lactose intolerance boleh toleransi, tapi do check the sugar content because ada yang rasa dia agak manis. My friend yang ada PCOS pun had the same concern, and she ended up trying Anmum Soy which is soy-based, lower in sugar compared to some others, and she said her gynae was okay with it. Some mums love it, though a few mentioned the taste takes some getting used to, so maybe sis boleh minta sample dulu before beli tin besar.
