Feeling guilty when cannot breastfeed exclusively.
I started mixed feeding my baby at one month because my breast milk is inadequate to fulfill my baby’s needs. I was actually planning to do exclusive breastfeeding but somehow I cannot produce according to my baby’s demand. Everytime I give him formula, I always feel guilty because I feel like I’m not doing the best for him 🥺 Does anyone have the similar guilt feeling of not being able to breastfeed your baby?
Breatheless at 16 weeks
My first pregancy and now at 16 weeks. Sometimes I feel breatheless. Is that normal? #firstbaby
