Bottom line to staying married

Are you willing to stay in a toxic marriage/relationship as long as your spouse is a good parent?

Depends if there is still love in the marriage (both ways).. If there is still love, you can always still talk and work things out with your spouse. If there's no longer love in the marriage, it's as good as a shell marriage. Shell marriage never ends up well, even for the kids. Although divorce is always the last option, I wouldn't stay in the marriage just because my spouse is a good parent. It depends on your value too I guess. Some people value their kids' life more than theirs, but I personally would value my life over anything else, cause I believe one have to learn to love themselves before they can love others, and that their kids will learn from their parents to value themselves too.

2.5 month old sudden change in sleeping and feeding patterns

For the past 5-6 days, LO has suddenly been waking up crying after very short naps (less than 30 minutes) or almost right after putting her down. She still sleeps well at night though. We figured she just wants to be carried since she's been taking her usual 100ml feeds every three hours or so. For the past 24 hours though, LO suddenly drinks only 50-60ml per feed on average. This time, she either sleeps (way) past her usual feeding time, or still has those super-short naps and wake up crying. Is this typical of a growth spurt? Or is this something to worry about?

13 month old suddenly a picky eater

Out of nowhere, LO suddenly refuses food that she normally ate without fussing. She would push everything out with her tongue, or throw her food onto the floor. I try my best not to whip up something else whenever she refuses to eat for fear of fuelling her pick eating habits, but I can't possibly let her go hungry either. Any mummies had similar experiences? How did you manage it?

Same here. My baby just turned one last week. Suddenly became picky and throws food from his mouth. If he doesnt like the food, i just offer him other food. But i still serve the one he rejected on his next meal. He eats and finishes what he previously rejected. I just store it properly and reheat.

Weaning baby from bottle to cup

When did you start weaning your baby from milk bottle to cup? How did you do it? My 14 month old is still using a silicon sippy spout and she can't seem to get past that.

Cleaning Newborn's Mouth

How do you clean your Newborn's tongue and gums? My LO is two months old now, and I've tried using the tongue cleaner as well as finger gauze. Each time she'd crying bloody murder or throw up (even though I wait at least an hour after her feeding).

Baby Feeding Less At Night

Is it normal that my baby drinks less milk at night as compared to the daytime? She's 2 months old, and take 100ml per 3 hours but only breastfeeds for about 5 minutes per feeding at night.

2 Month Old Night Schedule

My 2 month old LO still wakes for feedings (breastfeeding) every 2.5-3 hours at night. And she only feeds for less than 10 minutes each time. Is that normal? I read that babies this age generally sleep in blocks of 4-5 hours at night. Anyone experienced the same thing?

It depends on individual babies. My 10 months plus still wakes for 1-3 times for night feeds ... :)
