Do u experience this kind of pain?

Sumasakit tagiliran ko right side ngayon ko lang na experience to kaya Im not sure kung part siya ng growing up n babay or UTI or Sugar Problem ,Im 30 weeks pregnant

Ay, side pain sa 30 weeks can be so many things, ligament stretching, baby position, or something else, kaya best talaga na i-check mo ito sa OB mo asap or go to the ER if it's really bad or may iba pang symptoms like burning pag umiihi or fever, ha? Better safe na lang kasi you're quite far along na.

Momsh same din bah kayo?

Ngayon ko lang kasi naranasan toh na may tumutubong black heads sa brown na part ng breast ko,6 months preggy ako and pang 3rd baby ko nah

Uy, alam ko yan momsh! Dami kaming nakaexperience ng ganyan during pregnancy, especially sa third baby onwards, super common talaga because of the hormonal changes at increased blood flow sa chest area. A few of us tried gentle exfoliating strips specifically for blackheads (parang pore strips na ginagamit sa nose, pero designed para sa body) every week or two, and it helped nang konti, though some mums prefer just keeping the area clean and moisturized muna habang pregnant para hindi maging irritated. Hindi naman siya harmful sa baby or sa breastfeeding later, but since you're at 6 months, mas safe talaga kung check mo muna with your OB or dermatologist just to be sure, they can recommend pregnancy-safe options na best for your skin.
