Lower abdomen pain

Hi mummies/mummies to be! First time to be Mum here and I’m just entering my 15th week and have been experiencing dull pain and bolts of sharp pain in lower abdomen. It can hit like cramps in the middle of the night. Doctor checked and said all vital signs are healthy. Is this common for you mummies?

My cramps are on and off. 🥲

Vitamins A Supplements

Hi mummies! My gynae recently prescribed me some prenatal supplements that contain 1000IU of Vitamin A. Read from many sources that excessive Vitamin A can cause deformities in the child. Curious if this is also normally prescribed for you ladies?

1000 IU is fine. If you read further more, the risk of it is in heightened consumption of vitamin A (>10000IU/day), or with high consumption of innards such as liver.

Week 14 Weight and Bump

Hi mummies/mummies to be! Curious, when did your baby bump start showing? I’m at Week 14 but I still don’t see any baby bump and my weight is dropping despite not having any morning sickness. Is this normal?
