What benefits would you get from taking prenatal vitamins when you're not pregnant?

Off my head, I can think of healthy fingernails, healthy hair and hormone balance. You would definitely experience an overall improvement in general health.

Me and my husband are ttc for no. 2 but last year sept I had a miscarriage. After the miscarriage, my menses is irregular. we trying until now there is no result. I'm worried, should I go see gynae?

On TTC too. My OB gave me ovamit and progynova. You should see your gyne for prescriptions and proper advice.
