Hi Anyone enroll their LOs in Heguru? Izit good or is Shisida better? Tia

Our girl is 9 coming on 10 months and at Heguru...3 lessons in so far and not 100 percent convinced...it's extremely fast paced, even the parents struggle to follow...imagine a DVD on fast forward x16 and that's how the lesson starts..but better than doing nothing I guess

Food which can help B12

Hi I guess for B 12 you primarily have to get some injections weekly till it is at the said level. You should have food high in protein. Meat is the main source of B12.

do u tk it is safe for helper to send /fetch your toddler (18-24mo) to/from school by public transport plus some walking? txs!

I would say 10 or 11. They must try to use deo already.

I Wash my toddler laundry daily because its smell awful due to dampness and food particle... But I will like to do alternate days because it's more economical... Do you suggest I soak his clothe and wash once every 2 days ?

I normally collect a basketful of laundry before doing...about 1.5 weeks. Unless the clothes are soiled with food or pee then I will hand wash on the same day.

hi all! is it ok for 20mo to take school bus to school? how do you ease the transition? am thinking send personally for a few days then by bus. not sure if it is too traumatising though. thanks@

My two years old son likes to eat sweet things more than salty.... I am worried.. Would it be harmful for him in future???

Hi Well! What can you do if he has a sweet tooth! :) I am sure you are not overdoing in meeting his likes else kids metabolism rate is so high that their sugar quickly breaks into energy. Do you need not worry. And as he grows older he would know where to stop. All people know where to draw a line and take care of one's health so he too would do that...relax and enjoy his childhood.
