Help! My 22 months old simply refused to eat bread and cakes .. what can I do to help him learn to accept it ? Every time I try to offer him, he would shake his head or turn his head away n close his mouth tight n refused to eat . Help !!

Bread can be a little boring to them. Try to spice it up by making French toast! Or adding Nutella! Every kid loves chocolate!

Get him to eat together with the adults at the same dining table. He will follow our actions!

Hi mummies,I need help urgently my LO is 17months now recently a few months ago he's been rejecting food which he you to eat like rice,noodle,pasta,porridge even fruits but now he only eat bread,biscuits,cake I know is very unhealthy but I got no choice he can don't eat the whole day I'm feeling so hopeless I really dunno what to cook for him i been trying out a lot of method but he just keep rejecting has anyone have this problem before....

You can consider Young Living Essetial Oils. But i am using normal EO from iherb mainly for diffusing. For application, i would suggest using EO balms.
