Cow's milk for 18month old?

My daughter is 16 months old and I am pregnant with No 2. My BM supply has decreased tremendously, but I have a freezer stash which I think can last about 2 months. Would it be okay to give my daughter cow's milk after I run out of EBM?

FOOD FOR TOTS

Anyone facing the same as me? My lo is 17m+ but don't want to eat cereal, porridge, puree, pasta, noodles, stew or whatever you can think of as main meal.. she eats only some fruits, baby snacks, biscuits, cheese.. some days can just don't eat anything but just milk. Feeding is always so stressful for me! 🙁

At 18months no nap?

Can I let my lo eat the food i eat? of course with less salt and seasoning but is soya sauce and oyster sauce ok? I've been giving her vanilla ice cream sometimes too.
