Toddler itching at night!

Hello mummies! My son is 2y.o and he is been suffering from itchiness at night! He itch till blood..we went to see different doctors and dermatologist..even was in kk hospital, followed all the instructions by doctors..went tru 2 courses of antibiotics in 1 month!!! Lots of steroids creams!! During taking antibiotics he was better but after antibiotics finished all returned again..we didnt sleep for about 3 months..he cant go to kindergarten...please advise if anyone had this issue and how did you treated it??? Aside from this we tried to avoid allergic food like gluten, eggs, dairy etc..we even tried TCM..non worked! Doctors in kk hospital did only blood test that's all..non explanation been given rather than atopic dermatitis..but I have a feeling that the problem is somewhere else..

When to talk about sex ed with children? First time mum here.

Hello everyone, first time mother here. My child is turning 4 this year. When is a good time is to begin talking about sex ed? I recently read an article that says children start exploring their own bodies by the age of 4. Anyone has experience or resources to share? Appreciate it alot. Hey Clara, I’m no expert but at this age, I usually refer to their body parts as is. So I don’t use pseudonyms or anything. Also I’m not into body shaming - so we try not to use words like fat, and big. Affirming them of their bodies helps them to be body confident and proud of what they’re blessed with. I believe that with this foundation, when you have the birds and bees talk much later, they tend to have more respect for their own bodies and value privacy.

Just a question, when you start introducing salt and sugar into the diet for your child? (Although there is alot of sugar already in formula.) When can we let her share our meals and eat our food together? My LO is coming to 15mo.

Shoes, for 15 months toddler.. start walking but refusal to wear..

Hi Mummies, need advice on how do you encourage them to wear shoes? I tried positive methods, soft approach, it ended up her crying badly and refuse to wear whenever she sees it.. i even wear and show her its fine.. the most she will pick up and meddle with the shoes, i have gotten all kinds of shoe (trial n error) but it seems nt to be working.. 😭

my boy refused to wear shoes also, I guess he finds it uncomfortable. I let him try shoes sock and 2-3 months later he's ready to wear shoes

Should baby wear face shield?

due to the increase number of Covid cases, should I let my 18 month old wear face shield when need to go out/doctor's office?

I started train my boy wear face mask when he's 18months to prep him for childcare u can try if baby is comfortable with face mask or face shield
