Mommies who have toddlers who are fussy eaters , how do y'all get them to eat? My boy is turning 2 next month , and recently he just doesn't want to eat rice. He will be munching on biscuits , Swiss rolls , or whatever snacks he sees but when it comes to rice & dishes , he gets really selective. He used to love eating soups with rice and could easily eat whatever I serve him , but now he will just shake head and not eat. The only time he'll eat now is if I cook like fried rice with either luncheon meat or hotdog , but that's the issue , I don't want him to eat the same thing everyday! (High content of sodium in processed food) 😮‍💨 even in school , teachers are worried he's not eating meals but will eat during teatime as it's not rice / noodles. How do I tackle this? Tried enticing him with mcd but he doesn't even eat that 🥲 so worried for his growth!! Looking forward to hear some of your stories and how you handled it. Thanks in advance!!

On some days my girl also don’t want to eat her food..she prefers noodle over rice so sometimes she rejects her rice. What we do is if there is time we will try to make the rice into rice ball and make it into like a bear etc. Just make it cute. If not is we will give her our meal (like yong tau foo, fishball noodle, caifan peng without sauce, etc that we deem she can eat) and let her eat. To us is at least she got eat even if she never really touch her food. And if we wants her to touch her food we will tell her u eat our rice and vege first, big big mouth, then mama or baba will give u this this this. Then she will eat one big mouth and wait for our food.

My son ask me to go away and prefers dad over me.

I just feel like I'm such a failure. Whenever he cry or throw tantrum , he will prefer his dad and whenever he sees me ard, he will ask me to go away. Am I really such a bad parent ? And my husband will just ask me to go away too cos he doesn't want me to agitate him. It just hurts me alot. Like I'm a nobody on this household. I know its stupid, but I'm under so much stress that I have suicidal thoughts.

Toddler’s teeth

Hi mummies, My toddler teeth’s look seems a little translucent (the pic below). Seek Dentist’s opinion and dentist said it’s just a different teeth structure with thick enamel. However when I googled, results seems different. Any mummies encounter this with their kids before? Thank you!

Mummies who have kids attending PG , may I ask if they are having their June Holidays like other kids or is their centre open as per usual during the holidays? This is my first time sending my kid to PG and the teachers didn't mention anything about school closure for June. 😅 Also , if they're attending school as per usual , what are some activities you'd recommend for a 2 year old toddler over the weekends of June Holidays? Looking forward to get some inputs ☺️

There is no holiday. So day is as usual. Centre usually gives a list of days that the centre would be close so you can make the necessary childcare arrangement

Do babies grow double eyelids when they are older?

Both husband and I have double eyelids will baby eventually have double eyelids? Pls share at what age did your LO get double lids if at birth they didn’t have it

If your baby has received genes from both of you. he /she is more likely to grow into a child with double eyelids

1 year old baby poo 4-5 times a day.

My baby usually poo 3 times a day. Since he turned 1 year old and changed formula to stage 2, he poo almost every after feed-milk/solids. So 4-5 poo a day. Doesn’t look like Diarrhea. Normal poo, No fever, vomiting. Anyone has this experience? Is it because of new formula introduced?

It may be because of the change of formula. Just check on that. I have that kind of experience. so I changed formula
