Just to add on, if I'm not mistaken, you may need to apply for Student Pass for your child to be enrolled in a kindergaerten/childcare centre registered with MSF. http://www.ica.gov.sg/page.aspx?pageid=321#otherinfo Applications should be submitted at least 2 months (but not more than 6 months) from the course commencement date. Processing time would take around 2 weeks (according to the website). There is a processing fee of $30 for each application (regardless of outcome) and a $60 issuance fee for successful applicants. Chubby children may appear to be very adorable, but there's a high risk that this obesity may lead into adulthood, causing potential health issues related to obesity.
