Is it necessary to graduate from a "prestigious" preschool & to be able to enrol To a better primary school? What do u say for really expensive kindergarten than those cheaper ones?

Any feedback on Chiltern forum/ Thomson ? Intending to send my kid there..

I've only heard that kids are required to be toilet trained except for the N1 and below.
