Sharp pain in uterus

I'm 31 week and I feel sharp pain... I got discharge ytd for awhile then no more... still feeling sharp pain next day which is today.. is it normal ? I hope is just the baby growing.. even walk also painful

It is normal as you are already in 3rd trimesters. This is due to stretching of the uterus, baby's growing and limited space within our womb hence with the restrictions, you will feel pain that comes and go. It can also be due to baby kicks,movement, stretching,turning. Nothing to be concern of unless there's bleeding.

Heavy movement in abdomen

Hi Mummies, I am 15 weeks 2 days pregnant now and sometimes I feel something heavy moving very slightly in my abdomen. It almost feels like a very very mild stomach upset ache which lasts for seconds and it goes. Can it be me feeling my baby’s movements or is it just bloating or something else? This is my first pregnancy so really have no clue on what it is. Any tips or experiences on this? #adviceplease #firstbaby #firstmom

This is normal for pregnancy that you get abdominal pain. Due to baby growing, moving, and body going changes through pregnancy you will feel discomfort. It could also be due to certain activities that we do like house chores, fast past work that can cause your abdomen to "tighten" for few minutes then release. That's the sign to slow down on whatever you are doing.Having said that, if being a first time mum, if we are feeling worried do raise question during check up to clear your doubt and curiosity.

hello mummies! is there anyone still using this kind of baby napkins for newborns? i heard from my mother that when baby is born, cannot wear pampers, if not next time when they walk, their leg will be very open… not sure whether this is true. any advice on this? it really doesn’t matter if the baby wears pampers right? #firstbaby #advicepls #firsttimemom

Im 30 weeks pregnant!

Is it more painful to give birth naturally than c-sect? I wanna be mentally and physically ready as im planning for a natural birth! Hopefully!

I had natural birth without epidural. For me its still bearable and once you pushed the baby out, the pain automatically will be gone

Went for my first gynae appt yesterday. Doctor said I'm just 6 wks through transvaginal ultrasound. Next appt is on 9 wks. Will there be any issues if I postpone my second appt to 12 wks so I can skip transvaginal scan? It's kinda painful / traumatizing for me.. Maybe I just didn't do enough research and got a shock that I had to do a transvaginal scan on my first appt. But I don't really want to do it again lol #firsttimemom #advicepls

Week 6 to 12 is quite a huge gap imo. You can request for your gynae to perform a normal abdominal scan during your week 9 appointment actually :) I had abdominal scans since week 7 onwards.

Mucus like discharge

Hihi, currently 31 weeks pregnant. I’ve been having this mucus like discharge since I think about a month ago. at first it was once every few days but recent 2 weeks been increasing in frequency. I took a photo but when asked gynae (I asked, didn’t show photo), he mentioned that as long as no foul smelling or itchiness should be fine. last friday morning I had intercourse & the discharge had blood in it so I went to my early labour ward, the tested bb heartbeat etc & just determined that it was due to intercourse but the discharge still continued. now its increasing in frequency like a few times per day. my privates don’t itch & its not foul smelling but I’m just wondering if this kind of discharge is normal? I don’t remember having this when pregnant with my toddler. I did do a pap smear last friday when at the early labour ward & they said results will be out next week since lab not opened over the weekends but everyone just seems to chill with it? I get that discharge is common during pregnancy but I don’t recall getting this kind of mucus like discharge tho…#pleasehelp

i did get it, it’s very normal. if you do a google search it’s normal too. remember each pregnancy is different. as long as no bleeding should be good. don’t over worry
