Do we need to worry about what we eat during pregnancy
Do I need to worry if I ate something that should not be eaten during the entire course of pregnancy. Eg of things I only realized later that I shouldn’t be eating because I didn’t know I was pregnant or I didn’t know is risky include ginseng, sharks fin, peach gum, alcohol. But despite all the advice on Internet that says this or that cannot be eaten, I have not seen any pictures or solid evidence of bad outcomes in any articles or forums (I tried searching all over) . Most are just preemptive advice or inconclusive. But after so many women and years, there is not much real evidence. Do we worry for nothing? My detailed scan is coming up. I just hope that no issues will show up.

Hi mummies! Anyone saw these doctors before or delivered with them? Would like to know how they are :) #firsttimemom #pleasehelp
Taking Fish oil
First time mum here. Would like to check if it is necessary to take fish oil supplements in the second tri! My gynae has mentioned it is not necessary, but I heard it’s good for brain development. Thanks :)

Breech baby at 29 weeks
Hi mummies! Just had my scan at KKH and the doc mentioned that my boy is in a breech position and that there is a chance that he will not flip for me to have a safe natural birth. She only gave 2 options which are to do a csec or to manually turn baby. Any mummies out there had a breech baby and baby managed to turn on its own later on/got a doc to do manual turning? Also, any suggestions on what i can do to help baby with turning on his own? Hoping to really have a natural birth as long as baby is safe and healthy.

Watching TV/ sitting
Hi Mummy , was told that when sleeping we have to lie on the left side and don't rest on the back. But when Im watching TV, I would rest my back on the sofa to watch. Does it mean I can't sit on sofa to watch tv? I have to lie on my side to watch tv on my sofa ? How about sitting on the office chair ? Can I just rest back on the office chair ?
Perfume

Pre Pregnancy Symptoms
Hi Mummies, i am trying to conceive but still unable to use the pregnancy test kit yet as i am 1 week away from my upcoming period, doubt the result will be accurate. However, last night i experience white discharge and some mild cramps at the lower tummy. This morning I felt a little nauseated and didnt have much appetite when it comes to meat. Could only have some carbs. Was feeling slight headache too and took panadols. Just out of curiosity has any mummies experience such symptoms prior to a positive pregnancy test/upcoming period and got pregnant in the end? Just didnt want to take too much medication if i am really pregnant. Thanks!
Hi mummies, I am quite puzzled with all the symptoms that I am currently facing. I experience cramps and very light brown discharge 4-5 days before my period due date. *do take note that my period never came earlier than the actual date before, it is either on the dot or few days later*. And the next morning when I woke up, I experience sore throat and fatigue. I decided to take a pregnancy test but it was negative. I still have 2-5 more days before my period due date. Has any mummies experience such symptoms? Thanks!
