Currently week 33. When should I start drink coconut juice to prepare for labour? Also heard about eating dates and drinking raspberry tea leaf. Is it too early to start at week 33?

Is it normal to have pulling and bloated feeling at lower abdomen at week 12? I'm wondering is this considered cramp? Or just discomfort? The feeling comes and goes. It especially when I move. I'm always worried it's like a miscarriage cramp or is it just my womb expanding.. #pleasehelp

Hi Mummy, during confinement will we feel hot or cold ? Currently 3rd trimester and everyday is hot. Will confinement remains the same ? Im intending to wear long pants and long sleeves. Will it be too hot ?

Hi Mummies, Yesterday at my recent scan the gynae checked my cervix dilation and she mentioned there might be little spotting after this. There was little spotting which eventually stopped but I see brownish jelly like substance coming out of my vagina. Is this mucus plug? I am not having any cramps either. Hi Mummies, May I know if anyone here took Covid vaccine 2 or 3 weeks before due date? If yes, is there any side effects? I was covid positive before, now 2-3 weeks before my due date I can finally take my covid vaccine, I am not sure to go for it or better wait until after confinement or finished breast feeding.

Passed 3 small blood clots with watery pinkish then brownish discharge. When to see my doc he say I had a threatened miscarriage but all ok.. Asked me to rest more and was given HL for 5 days. Anyone had same experience then went on with a healthy baby?
