Symptoms in 2nd trimester

Hi, I currently just entered my 2nd trimester. I realised I have been coughing a lot and have pleghm but I don’t have any flu. And when I’m eating, I suddenly feel like I don’t like the food anymore and I end up vomitting. Lastly, I feel abit lightheaded in the morning. Is this normal? Why do I have phlegm?

Yesh very normal. For some reason, during 2nd trim and early 3rd trim im always having flu like symptom non stop and keep coughing non stop for months. And yes the food aversion is still there sometimes im ok eating then suddenly feel like vomiting.

Hi mummies. My mil house have no aircon. Baby will be sleeping with CN in there own room and we have a KDK fan in that room. Will that be enough? Mil dont allow me to get another fan for both of them. Do ur blow fan to ur nb?

Kdk is the ceiling fan right ?

Natural labor without exercise

Anyone managed to give birth naturally without doing anything special during 3rd trimester like going for walks, squats, sex, eating dates etc ? #firstbaby

I managed to give birth naturally last month without doing those mentioned but I guess only sex.

Craving for ice cream

I have been craving for ice cream almost every day. Is it normal? I'm so worried I over eat.

Success stories of being induced at 0cm dilation but managed to deliver naturally

Ill be induced in few days’ time and this is my first pregnancy. Last check was not dilated. Can mummies share your success stories of delivering naturally/vaginally after being induced, and not dilated before induction. And how long was the labor so i can prepare myself mentally altho i know that diff body reacts differently. Will it have higher chance of ending up in ecsection? #FTM

I was only 1cm dilated before the first pill was given. At 5.5 hours after the pill, I was 7cm dilated, then 10 mins to go from 7 to 10cm and baby was out (natural birth with assistance - vacuumed). My entire process was 6 hours.

Small body = harder vaginal delivery?

Im already scared enough of being induced this week(due to no labor sign @39w) really hoping will still end up with natural delivery instead of csect. And my MIL’s mouth just doesnt help. I am petite with a small - average body frame, altho my baby bump is big. She told me if i have smaller hip/body, will be harder for me to give birth vaginally? Is it true ? Any petite mummies able to birth vaginally without issue ? #FTM

I had my first borne when I was 19yo. not sure what were my height but I weighed 45kg before pregnancy. by end of pregnancy, I was 65kg. I gave birth to my daughter weighing 3990. 10g more to 4kg. all natural without epidural.

Anxiety during pregnancy

In my 12th week now. I have prior case of anxiety before I got pregnant. Panic attacks when overly stressed and mental breakdowns. Now that I’m pregnant, I just had my first panic attack in the pregnancy and it was 20x worse than before. I’m stressed out at work, at home, with extended family and worried about money and health. I don’t know what to do. My husband suggests that I slow down at work. He is able to support us. But I feel guilty. Today, while he was driving on the highway, I opened the door and was ready to fling myself out. But thankfully I managed to stop myself. Really scared my husband by doing that. I also scared myself. I don’t know how to deal with my stress anymore. Doctor says I cannot exercise yet. I just feel so frustrated. I don’t want to get into a car. I don’t want to go out. I don’t have mood to work. I don’t even have mood to do anything - not even look at social media or watch videos. Just want to lie in bed all day. I read all this people online say oh try prenatal yoga, try meditation blablabla. I honestly don’t have mood to do that. Now I’m just wondering if I should seek professional help. Just so tired of everything. So overwhelmed.
