Is it okay to get a light period during the second trimester?

I guess u r referring to spotting. it's best to consult ur gynae, give a cal as its hard to tel if it's normal or not.

I am in my first trimester and facing major hair fall. Is this normal?

In your first trimester, nausea and vomiting can lead to poor nutrition, which could explain the hair fall. If hair loss is major, it could be because your nutrition is quite compromised. You can consider dietary supplements with vitamin B complex, biotin, vitamin C, vitamin E and zinc to alleviate this problem. However, best to check with your doctor before taking any type of vitamin supplements during pregnancy.

Where to buy good dumpling?

To choose Mt E novena for Mt Alvernia ? Delivering in Aug/Sep 2016. Gynae only delivers in these two hospitals.

mt alvernia is a catholic hospital. the nurses and sisters there are superb. they will also bless your baby upon discharge if you would like.

Am I the only one who has this kind of after-pregnancy tummy? What do you think is the remedy for this? :( i lost 50 lbs, btw.

You are not alone. All mothers will have stretch marks. You can reduce it by firming up the area by using stretch mark cream and do firming exercise. You will see the result once you firm it right. Losing weight itself wont reduce the stretch marks.
