I just had my my 35 weeks gynea check up today. Everything was good. Baby weight is 2.6kg. I don't know why I feel so nervous and scared that I am going to due soon. I am going for normal delivery without epidural if I can. I am just so worry about everything. My baby head is facing down now, but not yet lock or engage. I feel my lower abdominal been very heavy and sometimes when I lie down I have got cramp and sharp pain which make me can't even move. I just can't imagine what contractions really going to be like. I hope I can pull through.
Does talking to a baby while still in womb have any positive impact? Have there been studies that prove this...
Any mummy experiencing sudden change in body odor during pregnancy? I'm in my 13weeks and realized I start to smelly so awfully, never encounter before. Any solution? ?
I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant and every night I had a hard time to go to bed. Will stay awake till 6-7am in the morning then only able to sleep cause getting really tired. This is cause my legs has this feeling of being pulled when I'm dozing off. Sometime my husband will help me to massage my lower leg and the feeling will disappear but recently even massage also this just won't go away. I don't drink milk and only supplement I took is gestacare prescribe by doctor. Is is because of low calcium intake? How to solve this problem?
Does anyone take any tonics during their pregnancy? Eg, can we take Essence of chicken? How many times per week? If so, what other tonics are recommended? I've been taking bird's nest, just wonder if there's other things to help baby & mum to stay strong & healthy. Thx!
What kind of pajamas is recommend for hospital stay after delivery? 1) 2 pieces pajamas with front button, long sleeve and long pant. 2) Normal pajamas without any front opening. 3) Dress type pajamas without front opening. I am thinking which one to buy for my hospital stay.

Hi i am currently pregnant with identical twins and i am considering private cord blood banking. I have read about the pros and cons of banking, so i am undecided if i should bank, and if so for one or both of my kids. Any advice? Also, i heard that public cord blood banks reject twins' cord blood donation. Anyone has any idea why?
