Gynae will offer whether you need MC... you can always let your gynae know if you need one

Hi mummies, does anyone know if preggy can take flight or even US? Am currently at 28 weeks, but am thinking if i can fly at around 32-33 weeks?

It's ok to fly. Best to consult your gynae first. I went for my honeymoon trip during my 1st trimester.

Hi Mummies, I am in 39 weeks pregnant And yesterday i had discharge blood Went to hospital, the doctor told normal , open 1 cm, let me come home, then after that i kept discharge brown blood. Is it normal? Just worry something is wrong.

Just came from my appt at tmc and gynae told me to take down syndrome test. To anyone who's done the test, how much did it cost and what happens during the test?

I did the test. about $699 plus gst. It has blood test and a scan. Nothing too invasive. Scan will take a longer time as they need to scan baby features and blood vessels and all

I had c section delivery 2 months ago and today periods start. I'm worried.Is it normal

Hey, It is completely normal. I myself had a C-section and I think I too got my periods after 40 or 45 days. My doctor told me that in C-section they clean up the uterus and because of which my periods after delivery did not last more than 8 or 10 days, and later too started within two months period. I do not think there should be any issue if you are getting your periods after two years. It is pretty normal thing to have happened.

How soon is it safe for intercourse after giving birth?

It depends siguro sa type of delivery and if may stitches. OB will tell it naman on your checkup, 2 weeks after your delivery. My OB said that the earliest she allowed is 1 month after giving birth.
