I'm currently 10wks preg n feeling so nausea n depress :( any idea how to deal with it? It's keeping me up all night especially since evening. Have been throwing up daily. Eating small meals doesn't help.. I'm so bloated and nausea I don't even know what's hunger and I hate the taste of water and ginger

Any medication for bloating during first trimester ? Is ru Yi oil ok to use? Or charcoal pill?

I use ruyi oil thruout my pregnancy cos i always overeat Lol

Any mummy take duphaston ? Is duphaston ("AN TAI YAO") ? Do your Gynae prescribe that during early pregnancy ?

Yes took it during first trimester together with folic as i have miscarriage before.

Did the morning sickness got better from week8? Because my morning sickness was not as bad as week 6, 7. Is that normal?

That's good news actually. It depends on the individual. For some it lasts till 14 weeks to feel completely fine again. Then there are also those who have it all the way till pregnancy.

What is the average blood sugar level for a pregnant woman? What is best result after glucose test ? After glucose test the result 8.1 , it is too high?

8.1 is slightly on the high side. It is not considered as GD yet. But it's on the high side. You can control via ur diet.

Hi mummies, my bm supply suddenly drop a lot even though I have been diligently pumping milk. Is it due to my hormones and my milk supply will stop even though I pump? Anyone encounter this?

Hi, my Nephew's schoolmate has one case of hfmd on and the Teachers only inform us on Wednesday.. wld my daughter had gotten hfmd if they met to play on Tuesday ? As I'm pregnant at the moment, I'm worried if my daughter may have caught it

It's hard to say. I would practice caution now. Hygiene is very important and monitor your daughter
