Feels guilty for not spending enough time with kids

Recently I gone back to work from my maternity and feel the most guilt for my firstborn. She yearns for my presence, especially when she's home from school. I got home at 7 pm and her bedtime is at 8 pm after dinner. Only get to spend 1 hour every day with her, and it's not even quality time. I'm just there but too tired to even play with her after work. How do working moms cope ? The guilt is eating me.
