When do you start training your children to eat spicy food? I totally love spicy food but haven't been able to 'enjoy' it much when i go out 'cos we always have to buy food which the kids can eat... Anyway, how do you mummies 'train' your kids to eat spicy food? Do you introduce it to them? Or do they request to try?

At what age is it okay to tell ghost stories to kids? Is it healthy to, though?

Probably not a good idea, what if your kids are having nightmare at night or they are too scared to go shower or do anything that they could relate to the ghost stories.

Do u get irritated or annoyed by some of your actions your eldest boy did? (Elder boy can be from 8-9 years onwards) perhaps at his age, u expect his behavior to be more mature but it is otherwise.

Any parents here who do not send their toddlers or pre schoolers to enrichment classes/ fun classes ?

It's not necessary to send your child to these classes, if you are present at home and are very involved in your children's lives to provide the support and the love they need, by all means skip sending them to these classes. They're expensive and rather unnecessary at times. Of course, to each their own :-)

Any one gotten De Quervain's Syndrome (aka mummy's wrist) before? My wrist is hurting from carrying of baby and the pain is getting worse everyday. What should I do?

I had it and went once for acupuncture.. and ate calcium pills and wore a hard brace.. now better. The pain is mostly gone, but it comes once in a while when I carry my child but I'm used to the pain so I just let it be.

Am gonna be a FTM in 2 weeks and currently having mixed feelings. Nervous, anxious and just worried that the rship with the husband will change. Mummies, how do you feel when you get to see your baby for the first time and to have a new addition in your family? Would greatly appreciate all the assurance i can get.

Since the last two months I have been trying desperately to wake up early but all in vain. I tried alarms buzzing after every 15 mins , have tried keeping my alarm far away , nothing seems to work for me. Any cheat tips?

At the time of putting your head on the pillow and closing eyes......remind yourself that you have to wake up at ,say 6. I am sure your eyes will open around 6am.

I have been thinking about getting a tattoo of my kids names. What do you all think? Where would be a good place and least painful?

Arm, shoulder, below the neck, thigh...basically areas which have more flesh are less painful... But you should have tattoos... I have 2 and planning to get more..:)
