Dear parents, if you were eating with family and lo at the market place, lo dropped the rice grains on the floor and was still enjoying his food. Here comes the cleaner and she kept complaining that the kid messed up the place, while your were still eating, cleaner took the broom and sweep the floor, pushed lo's baby chair away and took the dirtied spoon on the floor and threw it onto the table. ~~~ you and family were still eating halfway~~~ What will your immediate reaction be?

What are the telltale signs your kid needs glasses? I wear high prescription glasses and I'm wondering whether my kids will have poor eyesight like I do.

I would say squinting of eyes or constantly seeing things at a very close space (get a book for example, if they bring the book close to their face, it could mean that they are unable to see well)

In my 38+3 weeks pregnancy and whole family of 5 people are sick. However, they refused to take medication and refused to practice gd hygiene i really feel very annoyed. Eg: jus sneeze without covering the mouth. Cough also doesnt cover the mouth. And i have a lo 17mo. Arghhh why cant they be more sensible?

totally know how you feel cos my inlaws are like that! refuse to practice any hygiene when sick. When LO caught the bug, we are the ones suffering. totally selfish people!

To those exclusively breastfeeding mommies whose period have yet to come... and then you conceived... how long did it take for you to realise that you are expecting another baby (given that you have not been menstruating...how did you know?) I have been exclusively breastfeeding my li and she just turned 1yo. I would like to try for number 2 soon as age is catching up. I thought I need to stop breastfeeding in order to start ovulating and menstruating (ie normal cycle to resume) and then ttc. But seems like there are many mommies out there who conceived whilst still breastfeeding? Can you enlighten me pls?

Other than having a safe to keep my valuable stuffs before we plan to hire a maid, where else I can keep my valuable? Coz no space at home for me to buy and put the safe.

Hi Mummies, sometimes I feel really bad because 3-4 days per week after work, I always let my LO (18 mths) self entertain herself while I sit or lie down beside her playing with my phone.. I feel that I should spend more time with her like read books or just play with her.. she sometimes tries to ask for my attention and I just told her to play on her own.. I'm not sure whether any mummies are like this too..

i am also like that sometimes.

Dear mummies, do u re-use the same milk bottles and teats for ur #2,#3 and so on? Is it ok to continue using it for the rest of ur babies?

No, I replaced them after 3 months use and throw alr.

I am on my 1st trimester and is craving for instant noodles very badly. Husband says no. Can i? Just once..

I ate before too but not too frequent, just few times. Like others mentioned, do drink more water after that :)

Just need to vent... LO just turned one yr old and have to attend a funeral.. As LO is still young, not to mention still breastfeeding and short waking time, I'm inclined to bring LO to attend a funeral but I have no choice. Now I even have to bring LO to attend the cremation... I don't feeI comfortable about this whole thing, yet there's nothing I can do. I was told that LO is too young to attend such event but was not told of why.. I do not want to know the reason behind it, yet part of me is worried about bad things happening aft. Bad things happening to me is fine but I just don't Wan anything to happen to LO. The Husband family is unreasonable and the Husband is not helping either. Just cos he do not want to be told off by the family, he wants to bring LO thr this.. I feel so useless not being able to protect my own child.

i wont bring. there is no need to bring or go. wanna pay respects is from our heart. nothing else matters more then the sincerity, thought and intention.
