Hi Mummies, am a FTM who just gave birth one month ago.. Been latching, pumping etc and I got so tired I missed alarms for night pump several times. Yesterday, missed my alarm to wake bb up for night feed and bb didn't wake up either - ended up feeding almost 7 hours later :( Today, bb suddenly regurgitated milk out from her mouth and nose. Though it wasn't a lot; it shocked me so much. I feel so guilty as a mom.. I wish I know how to handle things properly..
