What Chinese soup is good for early pregnancy?

This is my wife first pregnancy and I would like to cook some Chinese soup for her to drink. Before she is pregnant I have also been cooking different type of Chinese soup like herbal soup, watercress soup, lotus root soup. However I know that pregnant ladies have many things that need to avoid. So would like to know is there any Chinese soup which is good for her during her early pregnancy stage and also for her full pregnancy.

Was told we need to pray to ancestor on baby full moon. But how do u count a full moon date and when exactly is the right day to pray. Is there a buffer of 1 day earlier or later date to pray :/

A Question For Daddies

Hi daddies! Are you one of them who tends to get less interested in sex with your wives? Please share how do you want your wives to spice things up or how they can get you interested to MAKE LOVE and not just F*CK. Why I am asking is, my husband is hardly interested. Maybe its the age or video games or maybe it's just him. We've talked about this a few times. Things get interesting for a while then it goes back to square 1. And it's like I am probably left to pleasure myself instead of sharing the moment with my other half.

LO Sucking His Hands

My little boy 2 mths old is sucking his hands v hard. This happens even after his milk feeding. I don't think he is hungry but rather I read online he is soothing himself. But I am saddened as his hands is bruised. Anyway to help? Suggestions welcome.
