Nan HA no longer on the shelf

Hi all, anyone on Nestle Nan HA, I realize it’s no longer on the supermarket shelf. Now what they have is Nan Supreme Pro HA. Is it the same?!

Not sure if there is a difference between Optipro and non Optipro but what I can confirm is Nan Optipro HA is now renamed as Nan Supremepro HA.

Fever and headache

Hi, I have been having flu for past 2 weeks, now past 3 days I have fever at night, day time I m okay... I shiver at night... Headache is extremely bad... But baby movement is okay.. what should I do?

Is my first gynae appointment too late ?

i in my 6 weeks of pregnancy, and my first gynae check up on 2/8/2022, which i will be 14 weeks of pregnancy , would that be too long ?

For me, I think yup. Best to schedule a scan at 8 weeks cause the first trimester is crucial. :)

Protein intake and baby movements

My baby moves actively only when I eat non-veg and when I eat veg for a few days the baby kind of become so lazy that i get worried. I prefer veg more. Is it that I am not taking in enough protein? #pleasehelp #pregnancy

you can replace protein with soy based products

Dear Mummies, please share your experience for your 2nd labour. My 1st baby will be exactly 1 year apart. If any mummies have faced similar experience please do share your stories! ♥️ and what I should look out for now, eventho I went it alr I still feel very nervous for labour.

Don't be stressed mum, You will go through the same journey though you may experience different symptoms sometimes.
