Vitamins or remedy ?

My nephew has acute bronchitis and he cough often and has alot of phlegm in his chest and noise he is 3 years old . Any remedy or vitamins to give to help him not have it ?

Sharing experience ECV from a husband

Hi, I’m just sharing what I experienced recently when my wife tried ECV suggested by the gynae since baby is in breech position at 36weeks. Honestly even though i wasn’t going through the pain physically, it was unbearable to watch the entire time seeing what my wife was expressing and tearing out during the process . Especially when me and my wife had our first missed-miscarriage with our 1st pregnancy at about 22 weeks and was issued high-risked with the 2nd. Baby is still in breech position after ECV- they tried turning twice but was unsuccessful. Our gynae already booked caesarean in 2weeks time. I pray and hope for a smooth procedure and recovery. And i pray that other couple out there facing the same situation have a smooth and safe delivery. And for the fathers, never stop giving support and being strong for your partner.

Hello! I hope all will be well! This is really helpful as I’m 33 weeks pregnant with my second and he’s still in breech position. My gynae gave me the option ECV but there are risks laid out too. The other option is elective C-sect if baby is still in same position. This has given me more confidence to avoid doing ECV and think about c-sect instead. Thank u!

Baby not sleeping through the night

Hi my 1yr 3 month baby is still not sleeping through the night. He usually sleeps around 8plus, wakes up once between 10pm -12am (this one usually very quickly he will Sleep again) and usually wake up once more between 2-4am which usually will take about an hour to put him back to sleep. Then he will be fully awake around 6-7am plus. During the day usually he naps twice around half to an hour plus each time. Should I be concern he’s not sleeping throughout at night cos I notice his light eye bags and worries about his sleep affecting his growth. Anyone has similar experience?
