Gastric region pain

Hi! Does anyone have gastric region pain? Must i see dr? I have gastric before and i know the pain is the same.no bleeding…pls advice

if you're pregnant then best to see doctor or you can try to drink ginger tea. if you've delivered and doing your confinement, it is normal and your confinement lady/masseur should be able to help you get rid of the wind in your body/stomach.

Holding in poop

I tend to hold my poop in when I’m breastfeeding or feeding baby halfway. Think I’m facing constipation now but I can’t recall when I last pooped as I’m so tired everyday.. any mummies also facing this issue when you’re the only one taking care of your baby? I try not to disturb my parents (staying with them) when I need to use the toilet cos they’ll just pass lots of unnecessary comments and I don’t like that.

Yes yes me! Baby is 5m old and I still don’t poop while handling her. I either hold it till at night (if I still need to poop) or I simply forgot that I needed to poop (happens most of the time) 😅 Had constipation prepregnancy all the way till post pregnancy, all poopoo session is a crime scene 🔍🕵️‍♀️ I tried detox drink, it was a great mistake the next morning. 🙃 But thankfully, now I could at least sprint and pee if I needed to while I put her on tummy time to watch YouTube. During her nb days, I couldn’t pee/eat plus the close intervals of needing to pump every 3hourly I almost went crazy.

Want to learn how to bottle feed well

Im most comfortable with crandle hold but can't seem to make LO drink well at one go. Any tips or reference point for how to better support head and neck? Picture welcome! TIA

LO been fussy at the bottle too for a month plus, now she's 4MO. I let her sit on my lap and lean back on my chest then I'll feed her. She seems to prefer it that way now as compared to cradle hold.

My husband use 100 degrees water and within 3-5 mins can warm up. Or you can buy the Phillips bottle warmer. Nt sure if can fit nuk bottles.

Down Syndrome Test

Just did my Down Sydrome screening and blood test at week 12. My background risk is 1:57, after the test results (which are normal), its adjusted to 1:209. But I am still on the high risk category as I am within 1:300. Wonder if I need to go for further test like Harmony. Any thoughts are appreciated!

Struggling with being a new parent

Sometimes I wonder whether I'm doing a good job, before my little one my life was so different and now I feel as though I'm a different person. I love my baby very much, but I wonder whether I'll ever get use to this. Does anyone feel this way?

Pretty sure most FTP feel this way, especially FTM 🫶🏻. I am not a child person. I never knew I could love a child this much after being a parent. We are still learning as they grow, we are bound to make mistakes along the way but that’s totally fine and definitely not ‘not doing a good job’. Even after so many months, I still feel surreal that I made this human and my life have to start revolving around her now 😅 And yes, being a mom definitely made me a different person. One of it being a hot tempered person, I do not have a bottom line anymore 🫣
