Anyone had postpartum massage ? Is it useful? Its been more than 2 months after my csect..having backpain so thinking of engaging postpartum massage lady..or should i just go once a month to massage centre? TIA!

Definitely go and try it out! If you find it good for u, maybe consider doing it for more :)

How much water should be given to formula feeding babies in a day?

Rule of thumb is to give no water for babies below 6 months of age, whether breastfeeding or not. The belief that babies need water is already obsolete.

Found that 'Baby Bites' contains sugar and salt. I've heard that baby shouldn't have sugar and salt until 1yo. So if 'Baby Bites' ok for 8month old baby? If not any natural finger food? As I would rather making puree myself than buying puree from market.

For Pan-frying food for your LO, when is a good time to start? 9 months? 8 months ? What oil do u use? Virgin coconut oil? Olive oil? What do u usually pan-fry for your LO? Fish ? Egg?

I pan fry minced meat patties and fish too. Eggs only after 1yo. I use butter and VCO

My almost 2 months old baby who is on partial fm and bm has not pooped for 4 days. Is it normal? Or is there anything I can do or give him?

At 2 months old, a breastfed baby should be pooping 4 times a day and a formula-fed baby will poop about 2 times a day, once every 3 or 4 days. Perhaps your baby is constipated? Maybe you can try the following exercises to see if there are any improvements? - While your baby is lying on his back, gently move his legs in a forward, circular motions as if he were pedaling a bicycle. This should help "move" things along. - You could try massaging baby's belly. Place 3 finger-widths below her navel on the lower left side and apply gentle but firm pressure with your fingertips. Maintain gentle but constant pressure for about 3 minutes at a time. Be really reallly gentle.

Hello all. Any recommendation of which diapers is good? Have tried on Mammypoko, Beffy & Merries before. Wanna try other brands which is equally good in absorbent and comfy :)

I have been using goon and moony. personally I feel that both are comparable to merries in terms of softness and absorbency.
