My baby girl is 6 weeks old. she has learnt to lift and turn her head during tummy time on week 5 and is now trying to lift herself up (of course she's unable to do so) and move like a lil turtle. I'm not sure if I should encourage this (she's still so young) or should I stop tummy time for the time being?

It's ok to continue tummy time so long as there is always people with her. As she just learn to lift her head, just b very careful. Keep yr eyes on her.

When can I bring my baby to seaside? Playing sand?

I brought my girl when she is 12months old. Sand play promotes fine motor skills.

Do your kid got hfmd twice in 2 months?

Oh dear, that would be really heartaching for any parent. But I guess it is possible since there are different strains of HFMD virus. Do not know of anyone whose little ones have been through HFMD twice within such a short time frame. Think it is really important to practice good personal hygiene and be socially responsible to minimize the chances of such cases happening to any child.

My kids have hand and mouth disease. How do I know they have recover? Is there anything I can do to let them recover fast?

Children with hand food and mouth disease usually have no appetite to eat because of the sores in their mouth and they are often in major discomfort. So if your child's appetite comes back, I suppose he or she is starting to feel better. Keep your child as comfortable as possible during the time when HFMD affects them the most. Take them out of school and separate them from other kids to prevent further infection. Make sure they get ample rest, lots of fluids, take their medication and most importantly, ensure they eat. I know it's hard for them to eat but it's important they eat to keep their strength up. Prepare bland, soupy foods that are easy on their sore mouths.

Any idea what kind of fish do infant care serve? I understand that they usually add chicken and fish into porridge but jus wondering what kind of fish.(but I certainly won't expect fish like cod fish , threadfin or salmon )

I'm guessing it's a white meat fish that is affordable in bulk. Not too sure what but definitely something save for the kids, definitely. Maybe flounder, Haddock or sole?

Hi i bought those organic puree. i left the remaining in the fridge. when the next feed do i take out abit to leave it to room temperature before feeding?

I use the steamer to warm up. Don't use microwave.

I would suggest to start with natural Pureed or strained fruits/ vegetables like mashed bananas, pears, peaches, avocado...
