Is it a must to bath herbal water during confinement especially in the first 2 weeks? I bathed with herbal water with my first confinement but everytime i end up very sticky which make me feel disgusted and no mood + CL not letting me bath normal and letting me hold my baby even for 5mins. Argh! On a side note, for those who had CL does she let u hold the baby everytime? (Excluding breastfeed)

Yueh Ru, were you diagnosed with depression? I am in the field and have experience on such matters pertaining to mental health.

Any mummy give their lo brown rice.. What brand is good?

I give red rice instead since 7 Mths. My boy has skipped porridge n went on to rice directly

My baby hates sharing and kicks A huge (like Donald trump Yuge) fuss when we take away anything from her. She's ten months. Is this normal?

It's normal. Babies and children are born possessive and needs slow teaching to share and only understand at toddler. At this stage they are categorizing things and exploring things carefully so they definitely won't welcome the item being takena away too soon. U can teach but don't expect much

Does anyone know what this is behind LO's ear? It looked like dry skin initially but I realise today that it is a bit moist too. Tried applying bm on it previously and Aveeno baby lotion but don't seem to help. LO don't seem bother about it, haven't seen him scratching too.

My lo has been taking oatmeal cereal well for the past 2 months however recently i find her gagging after a few mouthfuls and refused to eat further. What could be the reason? She's 10 month old

U can add some Fruits for her cereal. My LO loves it when I add kiwi, banana , avocado etc

Wish to offer bread to my 10 month old lo..so far she has only taken rice biscuit as snack. No other chunky good that requires chewing. Now is the time to introduce. May I know which kind of bread should I get that has no preservatives and which other kind of food can i introduce? Can I let him eat banana as is? How about apples without steaming?

Yes! you can give banana as it Apple i would steam it as lo is only 10mo. Bread initially i give white bread as it's soft

Hey parents, when we say "spinach", which type are we referring to, for weaning/introducing solids? 1) 菠菜? 2) heng chye? 3) or the salad type of spinach? or all 3 types also suitable? thanks!

I gave red spinach n Heng Chye ( Chinese spinach)
