Anyone has heard of any baby past one year old still doesnt sit up himself from tummy? My 14m boy still doesnt but he walks when we hold his hand. i cannot understand why the pd & therapist is not too worried yet. Has anyone heard of baby like mine?

My baby is now 3 and half months old . He was born on 2nd october. 1st vaccination is given and after that was supposed to give him vaccination after 3 months which is left and now its almost 20 days gone. Is it ok to give him now ?
