I just give birth 3 weeks ago and I try to latch my baby whenever there's demand unless my She is asleep . It seems i will start to have milk leak and my breast is very full and painful every 2 hrs apart. Does mummy have the same issue?How to cope if I am to return work as I believe I could not afford to pump every 2 hrs ?

If I'm staking fenugreek daily, and it lowers the blood sugar in my body, do I have to eat more sweet stuff?

If you have hypoglycemia, I think it is best to consult a doctor before taking this as it could lower your blood sugar level. Otherwise, if you follow the recommended dosage, it should be fine. But you can always have some sweets or mints in your bag in case you feel any discomfort. You may also want to consider other milk boosters like oats, green papaya fish soup, and lactation cookies. Just to name a few examples. Take care!!

Would like to check whether anyone give lo drink water when lo is 5 months? I understand if lo is fully BF you don't need to give them water but what if lo is half BF and fm ? Do you give lo drink water and how much?

My wife has been breastfeeding our baby boy since birth. And milk demand has naturally increased over time as baby grows. How can she increase her milk supply or should we go for a mixture of milk powder feeding and breast milk feeding? Any advice or recommendation?

try to pump every 2-3 hr.. drink more water eat more food that r good at boosting supply.
