My lo currently 6mo( corrected age is 4mo), this few days his lip cracked and will bleeding when he cry,is it the sign of dehydration?im fully breastfeed him so it means that he not getting enough breastmilk?im seldom give him water because hear that fully breastfeed baby don't need water.So should i give him some water or just apply lip balm like vaseline on his lip?
Is coffee a milk killer? i noticed a drop of supply after i had coffee abt 2 hrs prior to pumping.

I'm wondering how to do laid back position? Looking at the pictures, won't LO nose be block as he/she is facing down against our boob? is this only suitable for more well endowed mommies? Also, when doing side lying position, LO tends to kick and kick before she can get a good latch. Sometimes if she don't latch well, she can come off a few times. Any tips? Same Qns is side lying more suitable for well endowed mommies? I am a full B cup now I think + abit more. LoL.
How you sterilize your pump parts and storage bottle? Im using spectra m1 and Autumnz storage bottle, can all put in the steamer to sterilize? Because some saying that storage bottle cannot put in the steamer because temperature too high

I'm very worried now. during my first pregnancy i do not have much nausea and my appetite was great. back then i produce alot milk now im into my 7mth pregnancy and nausea is still here..eating very little and not much nutrients...feeling depressed now cus im worried i wont be able to have milk for my second baby as i read somewhere that mums have to eat more during pregnancy to have more milk...hai....
