I don't have frozen stash but my chilled bm supply seem to go exesss 3 days..can I freeze my chilled milk on day4? can I freeze them in the same storage container instead of milk bags? I'm using autumnz bottles btw. thanks!

OK thanks! I think I shall just go and get some milk bags .my supply is rather low..so I don't intend to keep freezer stash but realise recently .there have been leftovers..worried to keep chilled too long so might as well freeze...my first freezer pack! haha

Is it safe to go for hair treatments such as hair rebonding or perming while breastfeeding? Will the chemicals enter our bloodstream and is there a need to pump and dump our breastmilk after such treatments ?

anyone tried storing breastmilk with daiso Styrofoam box with ice pack inside? will it be lasting than using cooler bag or cooler bag is better? in dilemma...

Does your baby rejects Frozen breastmilk? If yes, how did you solve the problem?

Try mixing part FBM with chilled EBM first, starting with more EBM, then slowly reducing the amount of EBM until fully FBM. It worked for my LO. Sometimes they just need a bit more patience in introducing instead of going straight to full FBM at first instance.

hi I noticed that my pumping yield is vastly different if I pump 30mins vs 45to60mins...is it because my breasts is not responding well to the pump or is it because I pump longer? for 30mins I get about 100to120ml...but if I pump 45to60mins I get 180ml....that's almost 50% more..thinking whether I should change my pump..currently using spectra 9+

I have never pumped more than ten mins before! My breasts are drained in ten mins flat. Try a different pump. I use spectra s1
