Mummies, how do you all store the BM after expressed @ workplace? Did you just put in BM bottles and just put at the normal compartment? Do you wrap the bottles and not visible to anyone? After all this is a very personal items which I don't feel good in exposing when pple open the fridge. Need some suggestions thanks

My breast pump comes with a cooler bag. I usually put store in baby's milk bottles and put in the cooler bag with the ice in it. No one can see. I put in the freezer compartment.

Been expressing milk out using electric pump, and now that my nipples seems to be painful and sore even when lightly touch. Any mummies have any ideas how can I reduce the pain?

I seems to put on weight after I give birth.Is it advisable to do some extreme exercise to tone my body while I am still breastfeeding?

Think it's okay. But do you actually have the strength to exercise? I want to as well, but I am simply too exhausted to. :(

Any recommended portable electric pump for me to bring along for my overseas trip without LO. Need to pump so as to maintain milk supply. TIA.

Anyone here takes forever to pump and supply is Low? For every 4 hrs interval my output is only 150-160ml and its takes forever to finish pumping and I have to hand express for quite sometime~ not practical at work as I do not have a lot of time for pumping~ any advices?? Thanks

Try breast compression when you're pumping to help with more milk flow. It definitely helps to empty your breasts faster. Which pump are you using btw?

My fully latched on 11 weeks old baby vomit yellow kind of liquid/chuck. What is this so? He has 4 to 5 wet diapers, no fever. He is latching on well too.

hmm.. If baby is still behaving normally, should still be alright. That being said, I would still recommend consulting a doctor if I were you. Just to play safe as it is not a normal colour. Hope it is nothing serious!!

My little girl sees me as a human pacifier. I realized that when she is with my parents or husband, she allows them to rock her to sleep. However, whenever she sees me, she would constantly wants to latch on, whether she is hungry or not. With other people, her routine revolved around eat, play and sleep. With me, it's only 70% eat and 30% sleep (you get the gist). Anyone facing same issue as me? How do you refrain your little one from Comfort latching all the time?

If it's "comfort" your little girl is looking for from you when she's not hungry, maybe you can try to replace it with actual comfort items like a security blanket, toys or even a pacifier. I know some parents are not too okay with using pacifiers but I reckon it's better than you turning into a human pacifier right?

Is it true that breastfeeding helps to loose weight easier after delivery? Must LO latch to consider or pumping breastmilk out is also the same?

It will certainly help but I know a mother who could not breastfeed at all (she was on medication) and her baby is fully formula fed. She lost weight really fast. Reckon it either had to do with the medication she took or the fact that she was very active. She's generally a gym freak so she was working out and going on her low carb, high protein diet as soon as the doctor gave her the green light.

Anyone using Cimilre F1 breast pump? What are the pros and cons of it? Do u recommend this model among the rest of the spectra pumps? I'm looking for a portable motor that's easy to carry around when I travel oversea and bringing to and fro from work.
