I'm currently breastfeeding my newborn. Is it true that I need to stay away from caffeine, dairy and peanut products for as long as i am breastfeeding? How can I tell if my lo is allergic to the above food items? Reason I'm asking is because I've seen people selling bm booster cookies that usually contain chocolate or peanut butter. Thanks!

I am worried i might not have enough breastmilk for my baby, but also worried that if i take from donating mummies we do not know how safe is the milk. My friend suggest that i feed goat milk to my newborn if i do not have enough milk. Does anyone here do the same? As in feeding your bb goatmilk?
Hi mummies This is related to a previous post of mine.. My pump model is spectra but the parts I connected to is medela swing maxi shield and membrane...i saw these valves and membrane which I'm considering whether to switch the type of valve n membrane I used in the past.. The one I'm using is those flat yellow rubbery kind with a plastic cap. Anyone used the other types before too? Wanna know which is better... the spare part for mine is alot more expensive(the $36+ first photo) while the other kind seems more worth it...oh and any drastic difference between the maymom($7.90) valve and the normal one($11.90)? Pardon me if my question is not very clear cus abit hard to explain thru writing...
Currently i am having red patches at breast. Baby is on full direct latch. The boob are generally soft already however its painful when pressed at certain area. Having on n off fever since last night n had taken 2 dosage of panadol. Is it mastitis already? Should i continue to monitor as i continue to let bb latch or i need to start on antibiotics already?
Electric breastpump: Spectra VS Cimilre
Whenever I breastfeed my lo, she is unae to locate my nipple immediately. She may turn to the wrong direction, or even if I place the nipple on her lips for her to latch on easily, she will still take a while to fumble through before being able to suckle successfully. This resulted in her getting frustrated and irritated. Is this due to poor latching, or any way for improvement? Thanks.
Does breastfeeding mom drinking iced drinks (particularly ice chocolate) cause running nose or cold in their babies?
How to do mix feeding?
Any exclusively pumping mummy can also be successful in career too? :'(
